We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team. Whether you're a new graduate, an early to mid-career OT, or returning to work after maternity leave, we'd love to hear from you.

Why you'll love working with us

✔ Flexible hours and work arrangements that fit around your life

✔ Clinic appointments in Woolloongabba, tele health and home visits

✔ Supportive mentoring and regular clinical supervision

✔ Competitive hourly rate with negotiable employment options

✔ No pressure to fit into a box—we encourage you to bring your own special interest and we'll help you grow it.

An exciting area of practice

Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) is one of the fastest-growing areas in neurology and one of the most common conditions seen by neurologists today. It's an exciting, rewarding and rapidly evolving field, and you'll be supported to build confidence and expertise alongside our experienced team.

Why One 3 Care?

We're a young practice with big plans. That means you'll have the opportunity to help shape our services, contribute new ideas and grow with us.

Our Senior OT has a special interest in FND and provides ongoing mentoring, and because our practice was founded from lived experience, everything we do is grounded in empathy, collaboration and genuinely person-centred care.

What working with us can look like
