The One 3 Care 14-Week FND Programme

To provide patients with a structured rehabilitation pathway, One 3 Care offers a specialised 14-week Occupational Therapy Programme for people living with FND.

This programme can be deliver in person at our Woolloongabba clinic or via telehealth.

The programme covers:

  • Understanding FND and nervous system functioning

  • Threat versus safety

  • Sensory profile assessment

  • Polyvagal Theory

  • Cognitive demands and fatigue management

  • Pacing strategies

  • Graded return to everyday demands, work and meaningful occupations

The programme is designed to help patients better understand their condition while developing practical strategies they can use every day.
